A visitor’s visa is required for tourist visits to Tonga. A visa is required even for persons intending to the Vava'u Islands—a well-visited Island group in Tonga. Nigerians traveling to Tonga for business must first secure a business visa. Unlike other Non-Tourist Visas, the Tonga business visa is issued for at least a month up to 1 year— for whole five years at a time.
