Our hotel is set in a peaceful residential area of Umuahia Abia, all the rooms are decorated differently and all have varying colour schemes and layouts, but are all peppered with original artworks and exotic items of furniture. We have the Standard, Single Standard, Executive Standard and Executive Double rooms all inviting and with wireless internet, electricity, bathrooms and shower.

My stay was okay, but there was no mop to clean the floor.

Room services was good, TV and AC was functional well. Nice stay.

Customer service quality was very poor. The hotel's management need to upgrade its services and necessary information should be communicated to the entire staff to above embarrassing guest. To top it all the convenience was dirty.
