Room services was good, TV and AC was functional well. Nice stay.

Customer service quality was very poor. The hotel's management need to upgrade its services and necessary information should be communicated to the entire staff to above embarrassing guest. To top it all the convenience was dirty.

My stay was okay, but there was no mop to clean the floor.
