I was delayed for about 30minutes at the front desk and was not attended to, when I eventually checked in, the room was crap. The AC was not functioning, the windows were not shutting properly, the hotel had power issues and told us they would not put on there Generator till about 6pm in the evening, meanwhile I got to the hotel at about 4:15pm. The food served at the hotel was so expensive and not palatable at all. My stay was not pleasant at all.
