The peak season
Most tourists arrive in Dubai between November and April which is the cooler season. Several festivals hold at this time like the?Al Marmoom Heritage Festival (March), the Dubai International Film Festival (December), the Dubai Shopping Festival (January-February).
At this time of year, flight and hotel prices are at the all time high.
The off-peak season
There is usually a drop in the volume of tourist during the months of Ramadan (June-July). This is because of the strict rules of Islam which are enforced at this time. Rules are applicable to such activities such as smoking, drinking and eating and staying outside for long hours. As a consequence, the rates of almost all the flight and hotels drop down up to 70% during this time where you are requested to follow the rules of the?Ramadan.
Also, the Dubai summers, in general, don't see many visitors, especially August which is the hottest month of the summer season. The temperature often reaches 41 ?C with little or no rain.
The flight prices are affected by this as they see a significant decrease.
