Online check-in is 24 hours prior to departure for international flights and 48 hours for domestic flights.PRIORITY CHECK-INSkyTeam Elite Plus, Club Premier Titanium, and Platinum members, as well as customers seated in First and Business Class, are eligible for SkyPriority which allows for priority check-in and boarding.FLYING WITH CHILDRENAn infant is defined as a passenger under two years of age as of the date of the flight who do not occupy their own seat but rather travels in the lap of a parent or guardian,?there are actually some applicable fees, such as taxes and ticket printing costs, before an infant can fly. Only one infant per adult can travel without a seat. In the event that an adult is traveling with more than one infant, a small fee based on the amount payable to the adult will be charged for each additional infant, who must occupy a seat. Infants are allowed?one piece of luggage besides the stroller or bassinet, not to exceed 20 kg (44 pounds) in weight or 1.15 m (45 inches) in size.UNACCOMPANIED MINORSUnaccompanied minors are defined as all children between 5 years and 13 years 11 months traveling without an adult on direct or connecting flights operated by Aeromexico. Unaccompanied minor service is available for children between five years old and 13 years, 11 months old; children under five will not be accepted as unaccompanied minors. The Unaccompanied Minor Service does not apply to minors aged between 14 years and 17 years 11 months.
