Flying With Children

Only 1 lap-child is allowed per passenger. Infants less than 2 years old can also purchase a seat and secure the child in a car seat. Infants less than 7 days old are not accepted for travel on Spirit flights.
Children less than 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult at least 15 years old.
Unaccompanied Children
Spirit Airlines accept children 5 to 14 years old on domestic flights.?Unaccompanied children will not be accepted for travel on connecting or on international flights. A service charge will apply for the Unaccompanied Minor service.
Pregnant Women?
All pregnant women are allowed on Spirit Airlines. Women within 4 weeks of delivery must produce a medical clearance to fly Spirit Airlines. Women with complications should not fly at all.
Travelling With?Pets
Spirit Airlines transports pets in the cabin (dogs, cats and birds) only on domestic flights at?an extra charge.
