Unaccompanied Minors

Children between 5 and 11 years travelling alone must use the Unaccompanied Minors service. Although not compulsory, children between 12 and 17 years may also travel use the Unaccompanied Minor Service. A small shoulder bag will be given to the Unaccompanied minor for identification throughout the flight. This bag must be worn visibly throughout the flight duration.

Pregnant women

Pregnant women from 36 weeks upwards will not be accepted for flights. Expectant mother within the 28th and 34th week of pregnancy must submit a medical clearance to be accepted for Hahn Airlines flights.

Hahn Airlines require sufficient prior notice to transport free of charge sports equipment and special luggage within the baggage allowance. Excess baggage attracts a flat rate of 39 Euros. Sports equipment and special luggage 75.5x50.5x27.5 can be transported.

Lost/Damaged Baggage

In the case of baggage loss or damage, inform the local luggage tracing service at the airport to file an official report and receive a written confirmation and a reference number for safe keeping till the receipt of the baggage.
