About The Federal Housing Authority
FHA is a government body charged with the preparation and submission to the government National housing schemes,execution of such plans and suggesting to the government of possible urban and regional planning, transportation and sewage disposal etc ways that would aid a successful execution of the programmes. History of The Federal Housing Authority
The Federal Housing Authority was established by a legal instrument known as decree No. 40 of 1973 revised as CAP 136 Laws of the Federation 1990 and now CAP F14 Laws of the Federation 2004. A lot of reforms has been made to the act guarding the operations of the FHA since its inception though,modifying its operations to accommodate the whole states of the federation.
