The Nigerian Universities e-Learning Program is the first fully online consortium of Federal degree-granting universities in Nigeria. Students will work from their laptops, smartphones and tablets. Most of their study materials can be downloaded into their computing devices and therefore work offline for most of the time. Quizzes, tests and exams are taken online while final exams have to be proctored.
