Full payment must be made before check-in. Any extra days must be paid for in advance.

Treat the apartment and all items with care. Any damage will be charged at replacement cost.

Keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. No parties or loud gatherings without prior approval.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Keep the apartment neat at all times. Dispose of trash in designated bins.

No smoking inside the apartment.

Smoking allowed only at the balconies.

Smoking inside the Apartment attracts a penalty of ₦200,000.

No illegal activities, drugs, or weapons on the premises.

Switch off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use.

Leaving Acs, water heaters or electrical appliances on while not in use or while not in the apartment attracts a penalty of 50,000

Do not tamper with electrical or plumbing systems.

Lock doors and windows when leaving.

Management is not responsible for loss of personal items.

No sleeping on coaches

Check-Out Condition: Return keys on departure. Ensure the apartment is left in good condition.
