Check In time is 2pm Check out time is 12 Noon.
Any valuable or cash not kept with the Hotel Management is kept at owner's risk.
Smoking or cigarette is not allowed in our Rooms except in the outdoor bars.
Adults of the same sex are strictly not allowed in our rooms to sleep over.
Indian hemp and hard drugs are not allowed in our Hotel premises as defaults will be handed over to NDLEA.
No refund of money after payment.
Rooms are not transferable after use.
Hotel properties damaged or destroyed by customers will be paid for by the customer.
Noisy guests will be checked out without any refund.
On checkout and ongoing out, keys must be dropped at the reception and the guest will wait for the room to checked for any damaged Hotel property or forgotten items before the guest departs and to off our Electrical appliances for safety.
Visitors to the rooms must wait for the room occupant to be contacted before allowing access to the room.
Guests are advised to put off all electrical appliances when not in use and as they are leaving the rooms for the safety of their properties and lives.
The hotel offers 24 hours power supply but during the day, off public supply the hotel will use the small gen set therefore all A/C's are off but at Night all A/C's are on with or without public supply from BEDC.
Reading this Terms and Conditions and complying with them is necessary so as to foster good relationship for all customers. Not reading them is not reason for breaking our Terms and Conditions.
