Check-in starts from 2:00 PM, while check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Payment is required to validate and secure a reservation and prevent any form of disappointment.
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
All rooms are non-smoking. Guests found smoking within the premises will be charged $100 and may be evicted immediately.
Room occupancy is limited to 2–3 adults, depending on the room category.
Guests who check in as late as 6:00 AM will still be required to check out by 12:00 PM on the same day.
Early morning check-in from 6:30 AM is subject to availability and attracts a ₦15,000 charge.
Transfer of a booked room or bed space from the main guest to another person is not permitted.
Bedsheets stained with oil, drinks or other substances will attract an appropriate cleaning or replacement charge.
Any item lost or damaged anywhere within the facility, both inside and outside the rooms, will attract an appropriate charge.
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours before the check-in date. A charge equivalent to 50% of the daily room rate will apply.
Lost keys will attract a replacement charge.
Pets are not allowed within or around the premises.
Room availability for the following night is not guaranteed unless full payment has been made.
Any accidental overpayment made by a guest will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
Use of car horns within the estate and at the entrance of the apartment is strictly prohibited.
In the event of an overbooking caused by unforeseen circumstances, the property will provide an immediate refund with an additional compensation equivalent to 50% of one night's stay. Alternatively, the guest may choose another available date and receive one complimentary night.
Items delivered to the property by dispatch riders are received at the owner's risk. The property will not be responsible for loss, breakage, damage or misrouting of any package delivered.
Guests who leave or forget items after checkout are advised to contact the property immediately so management can assist with the search. The property will not be liable for any item once another guest has occupied the room.
Guests staying with a co-guest are required to notify management if the co-guest is permitted to leave the room in the main guest's absence. The property will not be liable for any theft that occurs under such circumstances.
