Check-in time is 2:00 PM, while check-out time is 12:00 noon. Pets are not allowed. Children are allowed with their guardians. For cancellations made before 72 hours, guests will receive a 90% refund, with 10% deducted as a processing fee. Cancellations made 72 hours before check-in will receive a 75% refund, while cancellations made 48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable. All refund requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by the hotel. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days and sent back to the same account used to make the payment.

Gatherings and parties are not allowed in the rooms. The property reserves the right to remove additional occupants from a room. Reservations are not transferable. In the event of a no-show, one night's room charge, including any applicable government tax, will be charged. Guests may be asked to leave the property due to inappropriate behaviour or for safety, security or medical reasons.

Guests are required to provide an original means of identification upon arrival. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene and follow all safety and security instructions provided by the property. Guests may be charged for any damage caused to the property's assets.

Guests with allergies, sensitivities or food intolerances are required to inform the property before arrival. Valuables can be stored in the room's safety deposit box or with the property upon request. Storage charges may apply. The property is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, stolen or misplaced while on the premises.

Lost and found items are kept securely for a limited period. Perishable items found after check-out are held until the close of business that day. Guests can collect claimed items with valid identification, while postage can be arranged at the guest's expense.

The property is not responsible for losses, delays, injuries, damages, additional expenses or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control, including flight delays, cancellations, strikes, theft, natural disasters, government actions, accidents, equipment failure or maintenance. Airport transportation is provided as an additional service, and the property is not responsible for incidents that may occur during transportation.
