Check in time is 1pm, Check out is 12 Noon.

No smoking or use of hard drugs in the apartment. if client must smoke, there is smoking area available. Fee for smoking or use of hard drugs in the apartment is N30,000.

Maximum guest in the apartment is 4. If there be need for extra guest please let the management know before hand. 

No parties or get together are allowed fine is N50,000. Clients are entitled to just 2 parking space. 

For any destruction to the properties of the apartment client must replace before check out , especially when the destruction exceeds the caution. 

Cleaning is done 4 times a week i.e, 3 times during week days and once during weekends. 

If there be need for any extra day clients can let the management know. Note: Caution is refunded within 24hrs of check out
