Any damage of hotel property upon checkout will be paid by the guest.
All reservations are subject to room availability. Payment validates booking. Booking without payment are subject to cancellation. Confirmed reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of the required payment or approved booking confirmation.
Guests are encouraged to provide accurate contact information to facilitate booking confirmation and communication. Full payments may be required during peak periods or for group bookings.
Cancellations made atleast 24hrs before the scheduled arrival date will not attract cancellation charges. Cancellation of group bookings should be done a week before the arrival date. Cancellations made within 24hours of arrival or no shows may be charged the equivalent of one nights accommodation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Cancellation of group bookings a day or 24hours within the arrival date attracts full rate charges.
Children below the age of 6 years sharing existing bedding with parents stay free. Additional beds or extra occupants may attract applicable charges.
The max occupancy for the standard room is 2 persons 1 child i.e, Premier, Sapphire and Club.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas i.e, the pool side. Guests who smoke in non smoking areas may be liable for cleaning and smoking charges.Smoking in the room attracts N150,000 extra charge.
Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.
Parties are not permitted in the room as we have designated areas for that.
All rooms comes with a complimentary breakfast for 1 except the pearl suite and the presidential suite .The Presidential suite comes with a complimentary breakfast for 4 while the Pearl suite is 2.
All rooms comes with an access to the pool and the Gym All rooms comes with access to wifi.
