De Prof’s Hotel and Lounge

Check in time is from 2:00 PM and check out time is 12:00 Noon. Guests must provide valid identification upon check in. Early check in or late check out may attract additional charges and is subject to availability.

All bookings must be paid in full or as agreed at the time of reservation.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully within the premises. The hotel reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in misconduct, damage, or disturbance without refund.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. Facilities such as lounge, restaurant, and event spaces must be used responsibly. The hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or service to any guest at its discretion.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on booking type. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check in may not be refundable.

Guests who do not show up on their reservation date will not be eligible for a refund.

Early departure does not automatically qualify for a refund of unused nights.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days via the original payment method.

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non refundable.
