Check in Time is 12noon, Check out is 12noon. No Smoking in the Room, No Pets allowed, Maximum guest allowed in the room 2.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in will incur a charge equal to one nights room rate. No show i.e guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged 100% of the first nights stay, and the remaining nights may be released for resale.

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14–30 business days, depending on the payment provider. Non refundable promotional or discounted bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Changes to reservation dates or room types like Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, or Superior Deluxe are subject to room availability and prevailing rates.

Guests who check out before their confirmed departure date may be charged for one additional nights stay unless otherwise agreed by hotel management.

Reservations made through online travel agencies or third-party booking platforms are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective booking platform.

The hotel reserves the right to review cancellation requests due to medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances on a case by case basis.

By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
