Early check in and late check out requests are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges. Children and babies are welcome at Regent Hotels and Suites. Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision and conduct of minors throughout their stay.
To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor hotel facilities. Designated smoking areas have been provided within the hotel premises for guests who wish to smoke. A cleaning and restoration fee may be charged where smoking is detected in non smoking areas or guest rooms.
Pets are not permitted within the hotel premises unless expressly approved by management in exceptional circumstances.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of any advance payment made. Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund of any advance payment made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check in, no shows, or early departures are non-refundable. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, staff, and hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund in cases involving illegal activities, disorderly conduct, or damage to hotel property.
