Check in is by 2:00 PM, Check out is by 12:00 noon, Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may attract an additional charge. La Veda is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments, hallways, and public areas. Guests may only smoke in the designated outdoor smoking area.
Guests are strictly prohibited from possessing unregistered firearms, swords, or any other dangerous weapons on the premises. The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. The possession of gunpowder, oils, explosives, or other flammable materials is also not allowed. A penalty fee will be imposed for any violation of this policy.
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted before booking. An object emitting a foul odor.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which is 9:00 PM to 7:00AM. Loud music, shouting, or disruptive activities are not permitted. The apartment is located within a residential estate, as such, events, parties, or commercial activities are strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
Kindly keep the apartment neat and orderly during your stay. Excessive mess or stains may incur an additional cleaning fee. Trash should be bagged and placed in an accessible area for collection by our cleaner. Do not leave food waste or trash scattered in or around the apartment.
Guests are welcome to use all kitchen appliances responsibly. Kindly turn off all appliances after use, especially gas burners and electric cookers. We understand accidents happen, please notify us immediately if something breaks so we can replace or repair it promptly. Guests are liable for any damages or missing items up to their replacement value.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before check in. The apartment will be cleaned once daily by our housekeeping team. Daily cleaning includes general tidying, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, and light surface cleaning. If you have specific cleaning preferences or wish to opt out of a cleaning session, kindly inform the facility manager in advance. Requests for major or deep cleaning will attract an extra charge.
An inverter is available to support basic needs during power outages. The inverter powers fans and televisions only not AC, fridge, water heater, or microwave. For our super luxury apartment inverter powers everything in the apartment. For full power during outages, you may request the generator. Please help conserve power by turning off lights, fans, air conditioners, and water taps when not in use. For your safety, please keep your apartment door locked at all times.
Do not admit strangers into the building, all guests must be registered at the reception. Fire exits must be kept clear at all times. In case of emergency, follow posted evacuation procedures.
Hotel room keys must be deposited at the concierge whenever you leave the premises. Lost or not returned keys will incur a replacement charge.
Payment validates bookings. All reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed upon payment. All charges must be settled upon check-out unless previously arranged. Additional services such as laundry, room service will be billed separately.
Room inventory items such as pillows, blankets, towels, and other furnishings are provided for your comfort and use during your stay. Kindly refrain from taking them outside the premises.Guests are respectfully requested not to remove, alter, or tamper with any equipment, fittings, or fixtures belonging to the property.
Please avoid leaving valuables or important personal belongings unsecured in your apartment. La Veda Manor will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including cash, jewellery, electronics, or documents left unattended.
Late check-out without prior approval will incur additional accommodation charges. We kindly ask that you vacate the apartment by your scheduled check out time unless otherwise arranged with management.
