Kiniz Apartments & Hotels

1. Cancellation of reservation done 24 hours before arrival attracts a 50% charge of Apartments and rooms rates, while cancellation of reservation less than 48 hours attracts Zero charge.

2. CHECK IN TIME IS BY 12 NOON, CHECK OUT TIME IS BY 12 NOON.

3. Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence card upon Check in by Law. The minimum of (4) guests in four Bedroom, (3) guests in three Bedroom, 2 in two bedroom and 1 in one bedroom apartments and our luxury single rooms. Guest are not permitted to sleep on our couch.

Check-out time is (12pm) please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. Failure to do so, attracts a late checkout fee of 50% except approved by the Management.

4. No Party is allowed inside the Apartments except approved by the Management.

5. Pets are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises. Guests are not allowed to bring, keep or accommodate any pet in their apartments or rooms. Guest found with pets will pay a deep cleaning and sanitation fee.

6. Smoking is totally prohibited inside the Apartment. Guest is liable to pay the sum of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only. (#100, 000) for smoking inside the Apartments and Rooms.

7. Damage of Beddings and Towels Guest will be held responsible for any loss of damage of the Hotel property caused by themselves, their guest or any person for whom they are responsible for.

8. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage of the Hotel property caused by themselves, their guest or any person for whom they-are responsible.

8. It is agreed that the guests will conduct him or herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Apartment premise.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her Apartment or other areas of the facility and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

9. Guests are requested to observe, abide by conforming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
