Check in: Clients can check in at anytime. Check out: 12 PM. We don't allow pets, smoking in rooms. We allow children/babies in rooms, cash payments and card payments. Cancellation Policy: Standard Cancellation; Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in at no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours to check-in time will attract a 50% charge of the total booking amount. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show: Cancellations made on the day of arrival, or failure to arrive without prior notice, will incur a 100% charge for the first night’s stay. Non-Refundable Reservations: Special rates, promotional offers, and discounted bookings marked Non-Refundable cannot be cancelled or modified. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Date Changes/Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their booking once, free of charge, if the request is made at least 48 hours before check-in and subject to apartment availability. Reschedule requests made less than 48 hours before check-in may attract additional fees. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days and sent through the original payment method used at the time of reservation.
