Cancellation: Cancellation 48 hours (2 days) before arrival attract 20% Charge, but 100% will be charged if guests cancel less than 48 hours (2 days) before arrival. Smoking in the Rooms/building is highly prohibited (defaulting results in N50,000 charge or being checked-out from the room). Extra Laundry charge of N5,000 applies for shoe, blood or unnecessary serious stains on hotel beddings and towels. Misplacing/Damaging proximity keycards attracts a charge of N5,000. Guests are advised to deposit valuables at the reception for safekeeping and sign them out on checkout as the hotel will not be liable/responsible for any valuable left in the room. Guest(s) will be held accountable for any missing/damaged item in their room (this liability also extends to their visitors). No guest is allowed to constitute nuisance within the hotel, this will lead to ejection from the hotel without refund.
