Check in time is from 2pm while check out time is 12 noon. Pets are not allowed. Smoking may be done at the pool area or balcony, not inside the unit. Parties are not allowed. Early check-in requires extra payment based on the unit taken and number of extra hours. Each unit takes a maximum of 6 guests. Guests will have to pay for each extra guest besides the 6 primary guests. Guests will need a code to access the estate and another one to access their unit. Please call before coming. Guests will pay a refundable caution fee of N50,000 before entry. Refund is done within 24 hours after checkout. Guests are required to do their dishes before checkout. They can call on the housekeepers for assistance whenever necessary. Information on extensions should be communicated to the contact person at least 12 hours before checkout to confirm availability. All payments should be done via transfers. Guests are required to send a photo of their ID to confirm booking. Cancellation before 48 hours to booking attracts 10% deduction as administrative fees. When done within 48 hours, there will be 50% deduction or the client waits till we resell. If we can’t resell, we would charge 50% cancellation fee. If we resell, the client gets his money minus 20% deduction.
