MHR has 4 luxury private rooms, each one decorated beautifully in different sizes with 24 Hours electricity, a working desk, air conditioner, Television with Personal decoder, and NETFLIX, a mini tea jug with complimentary beverages and sweets, Free Bottled water in the rooms and wash room, and a mini fridge, ensuring luxury is experienced in every room. A welcome basket is prepared for all our esteemed VIPs, taking the settling-down challenges off our guests. The welcome basket consists of a shaving stick, a bath sponge, branded slippers, a pen, toothpaste, toothbrush, chocolates, apples, biscuits, wine, sanitary pads, and sanitizers. All our rooms come with towels and bath robes for our guests to make your stay comfortable. Morgan Hill Residence offers breakfast and lunch snacks/fresh juice as complimentary to ensure our guests feel at home. Free WIFI is also offered to our VIPs to ensure you stay connected to family and friends. A kitchen is open to cater to our in-house guests with local and continental dishes. Our on-site bar is well stocked with assorted wines, juice, and beverages. An airport pick up is available at a charge. Laundry available at a charge. A private lounge to receive your visitors is available for our VIPs. CCTV cameras are located in common areas and around the facility to ensure 24-hour safety. A well-secured smart lock is installed with passcodes from the entrance, and a smart card lock is equipped on all rooms' doors to ensure complete privacy. Morgan Hill Residence is in the city center, accessible to many places like Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery, Biobak Restaurant, Major Banks Like Fcmb, Access Bank, Zenith Bank, Stanbic IBTC, Keystone and Many More. Check-in: 2 PM (ID required), Check out: 12.00 noon. (Late checkout attracts a fee of N20,000 per hour; after 2 pm, a full payment for the room is required). No pets. No smoking or vaping. No noise/no parties allowed. Children are allowed however, baby cribs are not available. Payments for rooms are made through the hotels.ng. A refundable caution deposit fee of N100,000 is paid on arrival to the front desk before check-in. POS is also available on-site for in-house expenses. Cancellation policy: Due to the high demand for our guest house, guests are allowed to cancel room bookings 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date without a fee. A room charge of 50% will be deducted by Morgan Hill Residence for late cancellations.
