Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability. A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in. Guests must provide a valid payment method for incidental charges. Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon). Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must return all room keys, safe password and settle outstanding bills before departure. Children and babies(YES), Pets (NO), Smoking in rooms(NO). Card and transfer payments only. We operate a no cash policy. Standard Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before check-in (2:00 PM the day before arrival) without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a one-night room charge. Non-Refundable & Special Rate Bookings: Reservations made under special promotions, discounts, or non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified, and the full booking amount will be charged. No-Show Policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and a one-night room charge will apply.
