The Anchor Apartment

The Anchor Apartment is a self service apartment managed by starcity hotel, with 7 rooms and bathrooms, 1 guest restroom,1 living room, kitchen, dinning area, laundry, a home office/workstation, and mini library. It is located at No. 5, Ayedungbe street, near O.G.B.C Ibara housing, Abeokuta, Ogun state, Nigeria. We allow our guests full control of the apartment, when they lodge; we only provide security and necessary services like power generation and maintenance i.e replacing faulty equipment. Other accessible locations very close to the apartment include the Ogun state sports club, two night clubs, one VIP restaurant, 4 popular fast food brands, 2 fitness gyms, two local bar with gated security, and a shopping center. The apartment is fully self service, meaning guest are provided everything they need to enjoy their stay allowing them to use the apartment as a second home without interference from Us. We offer laundry service upon request and charge separately for it. We are always available to respond to our guests whenever they need us, especially during a medical emergency. Amenities include: 24 hour power supply, 24 hour AC, Kitchen, DStv , Parking, Cleaning equipment, Library and Home office.

Check-in time is 12pm noon WAT, Check out time is 11am WAT (24 hours after check-in). We do not offer food or drinks as a service, guest cook for themselves or store and chill their own drinks at the apartment. We do not allow pets at our apartment. We allow and accommodate families with children or infants. We have a smoking area at the apartment for guests who smoke. We only accept card payments or bank transfers. No cash payments. We allow a maximum of up to 14 people at a time to stay at our apartment.
