Advanco Homes is located at Plantation City Estate, Warri which is prided as the best place to be in Warri as there are many activities inside and around the vicinity. The estate has two lounges, a shopping mall, a bank, etc. to mention a few. It also has a police post, army patrol, and 24-hour electricity courtesy generated and provided by estate management. The estate is 10 minutes away from Osubi Airport, and 7 mins away from Shoprite and other popular hang-out places. The accommodation is best described as a service apartment as it all has a kitchen equipped with utensils, cooking gas, and a gas cylinder for each kitchen. There are 5 rooms, 3 are in the main building with one big kitchen with all the facilities to be shared by three occupants if they did not come as a family or group. The two remaining rooms are in the adjourning building (BQ) per se and each room has its own separate kitchen. The accommodation offers free WIFI, DSTV, and Netflix.

Check-in time: 2pm, Check out time: 12 noon. Children/babies can be allowed in rooms 1,2 and 3 if it is a family visit. No smoking is allowed in the rooms and there is a place designated for smoking. The apartment accepts transfers and there is availability of POS in the accommodation.
