Check in time: 14:00; Check out time: 12:00. Late check outs attracts an hourly fee of N10,000/hour. No parties or loud music is permitted inside the apartment or anywhere within the premises. No smoking inside the apartment but its allowed at the balcony for safety reasons. Keys should be handed over to the housekeeper on check out. Loss of key attracts a fine of N20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira). Payment must be confirmed before checking in. A valid means of identification must be presented on/before check in. Guests will be required to pay or replace anything damaged in the apartment during their stay. Pets are not allowed, violation would lead to eviction and caution not refunded. No explosives or fire arms allowed in the property. We reserve the right to cancel the use of our services to guests whose behavior is disturbing the peace or harassment verbal or physical with members of staffs. We reserve the right to enter the apartment in order to prevent possible damage, danger or fire. Caution fee deposit is required BEFORE check in and is refundable 24 hours after check out as long as there is no incident recorded during your stay. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. However, any cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
