Their room has no fridge, once there is no NEPA light, the water doesn't rush so you can't even use your restroom, no AC or hot water until NEPA light is restored, the intercom is not working, the mobile line pasted in the room for their Restaurant was switched off, their front desk doesn't pick their mobile phone. I regret lodging there.

Using this hotel is the worst thing you can do to yourself in the city of Ibadan. Terribly managed facilities, rude and uncultured staff, inaccessibility to location, insufficient parking space,no security personnel,no electricity during the day. The worst experience I have ever had in Hotel management anywhere in Nigeria, two nights spent there were nightmares. The newly built extension is a sham. They put me in a room that doesn't seem to have been cleaned in months and that was the 5th room assigned to me in one evening. Every room had something wrong. I went to the bar for a drink, I was served a drinking glass with broken edges. The lack of excellence and dereliction is a case study on how not to run a hotel business anywhere in the world.
