I enjoyed myself, I was coming with a mind set that your hotel will be this or that but to my surprise it was really great, I'm very impressed with everything I saw at your hotel, and to that nice receptionist keep that beautiful smile of yours.

I stayed for a while and I must say they were the worst days of my life. Let me start by saying that the receptionists and bar attendants were all asleep when I got in. I had to go wake them up to attend to me. Maybe I should have taken that as my cue to go elsewhere, but I chose to give them the benefit of a doubt (something I regret now). They did not provide toothpaste for my use and when I asked for one, I was told that they do not stock their rooms with toothpaste based on their policy. I had to go out to buy one for myself that night. The menu for breakfast was always bread and scrabbled eggs or yam and scrambled eggs and nothing more. When I inquired as to why this is so, I was told that they had run out of stock for other food items as they buy in bulk and yams, eggs and bread were the only thing they could offer in the mornings. This meant that the menu they left in my room was a fraud as they could not provide almost anything in there. They starved me on the first morning I stayed there, saying the usual yam and egg was not ready and that I should have informed them the night before that I would be going out so early. My room was rarely cleaned except I called for room service to do so. The shower in my room was not working so they brought a bucket and a small pail for me to use in taking my bath. My bed sheet was never changed and when I cried out on my 4th night, I was told that bed sheets/duvets were only changed once in 3 days or depending on its condition. This was the 4th day and they had been re-laying the same sheet since I got there. The sheets were finally changed that day and that was how it was till I left. The room service was awful as they would pick up the phone sparingly to listen to my request, then literally forgot I even called. I would have to call much later to realize that no one even took up my request in the first place. This meant I had to starve for the better part of my stay there. They gave excuses for every inadequacy they had instead of working to resolve it. The internet was terrible. I had to change my room severally to no avail. Awful reception. The furniture at the bar were bad and instead of disposing or replacing them, they left them at the bar. I almost hurt myself trying to sit at the bar. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
