the hotel did not really meet my standards and expectation, though the customer care service was very cool but some some basic ammenites and stuffs like chair was torn, water heater was not working, television was an old table model which has only 2 channels and many more...which is not cool .... upgrade should be done at the hotel

The room was terrible and they didn\'t change it for me, the washing hand basin was leaking seriously so the moment one opens the tap water will splash everywhere.....then the beddings were bad, also there were mosquitoes, the water heater was not also functioning, they had to go and use bucket to get hot water for me
