The Koso hotel I use to know was very nice and accommodating, but now everything is different, the service are now very poor, the place is no longer kept clean, when you order for any meal it either they go out to buy the meal or go out to get the things needed to make to the meal, its very bad because before the meal get ready you are no longer interested, I will like the old system of your hotel where everything was put in place and customer service was also great.
