Unpleasant!

My stay at the hotel was unpleasant as i had to wait for over two hours for them to clean up the room. I was even further delayed before i could actually go into the room.

I did feel good but I sincerely feel the hotel need a proper maintenance service. Many hotel are taking over so a major restructuring is needed.

The hotel was okay for the value for the money....My stay at the hotel was good but the hotel doesn't have a reception and there was no one to move a customer's luggage from the car to the room, they should look into that in order to add more value to their services

Home away from home!!!!!!

I traveled from America to Enugu Nigeria and I slept there in Blue Island Hotel in room207 and I must say that everything about this place was wonderful from management all the way to housekeeping I can't remember names but you all was excellent and when I come back blue island will be the place I will sleep you all made my two weeks there wonderful!!!!!!!!!
