Welcome to Novel Suites and Resorts. Our hotel is at Plot 3261 Da Gazu tang close off Dagwom du way, Rayfield. Our hotel is a modern beautiful and gorgeous hotel. Our rooms are so well decorated with lovely paintings and furnished with all the right amenities. Our rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We have a good restaurant, bar, 24 hour electricity, an event hall for events, sauna room, business centre, meeting rooms and much more. We offer dry cleaning services as well as room service too for guests. Our hotel is abit expensive but affordable. This hotel is for guests who don't mind spending a little more for their comfort. Clean place but the services were very bad. Poor breakfast with no variety and micro portions. I won't be visiting again.

I was disappointed with their service. I called them to fix something in my room; which they did but didn’t clean up the dust when they finished. I had to call them again to clean the place and also the fridge, the bedspread was dirty. The restaurant service was nothing to write about. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise that was coming out from the other rooms.
