The hotel management and staff were friendly and polite. The hotel had a very peaceful and clean environment. The room was comfortable and homely. My stay at the hotel was a good one and I got the value for the money paid.

911 Suites Nigeria Limited Beach Hotel is a wonderful place to be, the hotel was located in a perfect, quiet, peaceful, clean place with good road, I was amazed with the kind of warm reception I received from the front desk, they were full of smiles and hospitable. The restaurant service was exceptional, food was delicious, sumptuous and affordable, my meals were delivered on time and drinks were available at the bar. Water and power supply was available throughout my stay,my room was comfortable with clean bed sheets and neat pillow case. Maximum security was guaranteed, I experienced excellent customer service and every facility was on point. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to visit soon.

My stay at the hotel was a bad one. The hotel had no internet connection, and the network service around the hotel area was poor. I was unable to surf the internet freely and making calls too was very difficult. The bathroom was not well equipped, it had no water heater.
