Terrible stay

My stay at the hotel was terrible, the hotel's services were not good, my room was very uncomfortable, to make matter worse I slept in a mosquito infested room and when I requested for an insecticide they said they did not have. I was not pleased at all. The management and staff should work on all their facilities.
