Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their accommodation reservation 48hrs prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty; Guests should notify the hotel via e-mail or Phone call. Cancellation made within 48hrs to the arrival date will be subject to charges equivalent to one night room rate of the room category reserved by the guest plus tax. No-shows will also be charged for the room rate plus tax. 

Refund Policy: All refund requests shall be made by the guests in person/call/e-mail to the front Office. 
A completed refund voucher will be treated by our accounts department after authorization by the Hotel Manager.  
All our refund process attracts a processing fee with respect to the refundable amount. 
The refund process will be completed with ten (10) working days from the initiation date. 
 All customers (guests) are deemed to have read and understood these policies and agree before making reservations.
