Cancellation policy:
Late Cancellation for 1-5 Rooms: If a guest cancels their booking within 24 hours before the check-in time for bookings of 1-5 rooms, their payment will not be refunded. However, the hotel allows for a change of date upon the customer's request. 
No-Show: If a guest fails to show up on the stipulated booked date, their booking will not be refunded. 
Cancellations for 5 Rooms and Above: Bookings of 5 rooms and above require at least 10 days' prior notice before the check-in date for cancellation. 
Cancellation During Check-in Date: If a guest decides to cancel their booking on the check-in date itself, the hotel will charge 50% of the payment rate.
