For Simon's Beach House booking, a 80% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance of 20% due 3
days before check-in.

Guests are required to comply with house rules, and any damages incurred may necessitate the guest covering the cost
of the affected item(s). The booking fee includes utilities, and any charges applicable.

The resort is responsible for maintenance, and force majeure events are exempt from liability. Payment implies
acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations are made 7 days in advance to receive a full refund; within 4-5 working days incur a 10% fee.
