It has a lobby, a dinning section, well furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas cooker, electric kettle and all kitchen utensils provided for to ensure our host have a comfortable and world class stay while in the oil city of Warri, Delta state. It can serve both local and international guests.
The luxury bungalow is situated inside a residential estate. It is well furnished to meet international standard and suitable for family vacation, large meetings settings....it is the perfect home away from home.
It has an expanded living room that can be used for meetings and fellowships or other responsible social gatherings. It is fully 24hrs power supply with a standby generator. It is safe as there are24/7 security patrol guards within the estate.
It is situated just before the popular refinery bridge. 5 minutes from Warri Refinery and petrochemical company to the east of it and 5mins from Ekpan police station to the west of the J & J homes/apartment. It is also few minutes away from Osubi Airport, few mins away from the popular Chevron Oil Company, Julius Berger Company, Jad Oil/Construction Company, Lee Engineering Company.
It is also a few minutes away from David Ejor Barrack Warri and Naval Air Base/Hospital as well as Shoprite (Delta Mall).

Check-in time is 12-noon unless otherwise stated/prearranged with the apartment management. Check-out time is 12 noon.
Pets and children are allowed in our apartment.
The hotel accepts card payment as well as bank transfer
ALL international guests SHALL provide a valid means of IDENTIFICATION as part of our
reservation process.
Reservation shall only be confirmed upon receipt of payment by the management
Reservation for an extended stay by current guest shall only be considered if and only if payment
is made before check-out time (12 noon)
The apartment has a STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY inside the apartment. A smoking bay has beenprovided for outside. (contravening this is a breach of contract between the guest and the hotel
and the management shall immediately terminate such contract without refund to such guest(s)
There is a STRICT NO DRUG USE policy in every part of the hotel premises. Defaulters shall behanded over to the relevant security agencies.
Fire arm of any kind is not allowed into the hotel premises
Dangerous weapon is highly prohibited in the premises
This apartment is situated inside a designated estate. As such, and to maintain a peaceful andserene environment for our guests, there is a strict NO SHOUTING, NO QUARELLING ANDNOFIGHTING POLICY in the hotel premises. The relevant security agency shall be called in for
defaulters.
There SHALL be a $60 (30,000naira equivalent) refundable deposit. This will be paid back intoguests designated bank account upon satisfactory clearance from management of a “NODAMAGE” to the apartments property.
Guest(s) shall be held liable (financially or otherwise) should there be any damage in/to theapartment facilities caused directly by their action(s) or negligence(s).
