Check-in time is 12-noon unless otherwise stated by the hotel management.

Check-out time is 12 noon.

Guests are advised to make payment before services are rendered

The hotel accepts both cash and wire (bank transfer, POS and any other legal form of banking transaction) payment

Reservation shall only be confirmed upon receipt/confirmation of payment by the hotel management

Reservation for an extended stay by current guest shall only be considered if and only if payment is made before check-out time (12 noon)

The hotel has a NO SMOKING policy in all the rooms. (contravening this is a breach of contract between the guest and the hotel. Such contract shall be immediately terminated without refund of funds already paid.

There is a STRICT NO DRUG USE policy in every part of the hotel premises. Defaulters shall be handed over to the relevant security agencies

Fire arm of any kind is not allowed into the hotel premises

To maintain a peaceful and serene environment for our guests to have a good stay, there is a strict NO SHOUTING, NO QUARELLING AND NO FIGHTING POLICY in the hotel premises. The relevant security authority shall be called in for defaulters.

Customers shall be held liable (financially and otherwise) should there be any damage to the hotels facilities caused directly by their action(s) or negligence(s).
