Koots Events and Suites is located at plot 5 Etal Avenue, Off Kudirat Abiola way, Oregun Ikeja, Lagos State. We are close to many local attractions and Governmental Parastatals in the heart of Lagos such as Ikeja City Mall, Lagos state Secretariat, Maryland Mall among others. The hotel also offers airport shuttle services back and forth from the hotel to ensure our Guests have a convenient and pleasant experience throughout their stay.

The hotel has a total number of Twenty (20) rooms; each room is well furnished with ensuite facilities, televisions and free WIFI. The hotel provides uninterrupted power supply, 24hours surveillance and security personnel to ensure guest satisfaction in any one of our room categories which vary from single rooms (Super deluxe), twin rooms (Executive deluxe) and family rooms (Koots Royale), cutting across all your needs be it business or recreational. In addition, the hotel has a banquet hall and gallery that can accommodate more than 400 people for any kind of function, and a conference hall that can accommodate 150 people for your weekly, monthly, annual general meetings.
