At Palazzo by Sephora Apartments, there are 15 standard rooms comprising seven (7) Sephora deluxe rooms, 5 Sephora standard rooms, 4 Sephora Infinix rooms.

• Standard swimming pool, a fine dining restaurant (indoor restaurants) and our bush bar (open-air), where both local and intercontinental dishes are meticulously prepared by some of the highly esteemed chefs in the city.
• We offer free Wi-Fi, a free swimming pool, complimentary breakfast.

Check-in time is 1:00 pm but this is subject to availability. If a customer wants to check-in by 9 am, arrangements could be made provided that there is a free room. 
Check out time is 12:00 pm
Pets are not allowed, whereas children and babies are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in our rooms but is allowed in rooms that have a balcony and also permitted in our bush bar (outdoor restaurant).
Both cash payments and card payments are allowed.
Hotel cancellations policy — 24 hours before check-in time, if payment has been made we make a refund of 90% of what was paid, same for early day checkouts.
