Our Hotel, Skyview Homes (TAC House); A new luxury hotel located at No. 737 Goke Adegoroye street, Wuye, which is a 5minutes drive to wonderland, 30minutes drive to/from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and 10minutes drive to/from central area- with key landmarks like wonderland, family worship center, zartech, finance quarters.

It also offers free WIFI and complimentary breakfast and gym use across all its accommodation facilities which features 4 studio rooms, 3 deluxe rooms, 1 executive room, 2 business suites, and 1 presidential suite, an executive lounge, a gym and a restaurant/café. It also offers a wide variety of business facilities which include, 3 conference halls of different capacities, 2 meeting rooms, 1 board room and a shared work space/business center- all equipped with free wifi and other necessities or services required to ensure a successful event. The halls and meeting rooms which are all perfect venues for meetings, conferences and weddings for between 20 - 150 guests, are the most ideal for your retreats, meetings, conferences, AGM, etc.

Also available is its Business Centre, which offers wide range of services aimed at accommodating your business needs while in Abuja. Services include high speed internet, high volume printing/photocopying and scanning as well as co shared work stations.

Check-out is by 12pm. Early checking in may require a waiting period based on the GSA’s discretion

The hotel reserves the right to call the guest 1hr to the check-out time

Extension of check-out time attracts 10% of the room rate charge, per hour

Alcohol beverages are not allowed into the hotel, but can be brought into the hotel

Maximum number of 2 guests permitted in a room, additional person (from age 10 and above) attracts 10% of the room rate

Rates include full buffet breakfast for one person per room except the suites which allows a maximum of 2 persons in the restaurant only. Additional persons and room orders attract additional payments.
