Novabase Estate Shortlet is a 2 bedroom apartment located at Nova base Estate beside Ebeano in Lekki phase 1, Lagos.

No smoking in the house.

No pets allowed in the premises

Refundable caution fee of N50,000 must be paid on booking and returned once client checks out and no item was broken or damaged or they do not exceed check out time. Where a damage occurs, we deduct the value for repairs and refund the balance. Where damage exceeds N50,000 we ask the client to makeup the extra, which they do, to avoid embarrassments.

Power is to be managed adequately as PHCN tariffs are high, ACs not in use turned off and sockets turned off where client is going out of the apartment as supposed they will do in their own home.

Washing machine is to used only when assisted by our housekeepers who work everyday. This is to avoid damages to the item.

No parties allowed, if any such is to occur, extra charge of N50,000 is to be paid as the charge stated here is for lodging alone. Where we are not notified, our security team will deny access to guests till the Extra fee for party or get together is paid.
