Waterfield Hotel is a 3-star, 35–room luxury hotel, built on a 3,500m2 piece of land in a charming and serene part of Akobo, Ibadan.

All rooms are en suite and cozy with provision for a medium sized swimming pool and a gym for the comfort and wellbeing of our guests.

There is adequate security because Akobo Divisional Police Post is about 150 meters from the hotel.

In addition, there are well trained private security personnel to provide 24/7 physical security protection while there are CCTV cameras mounted at strategic areas to provide adequate surveillance for the security of our guests, hotel premises and environs.

The rooms are all-vibrant and colourful, offering our guests a refreshing haven. For the purpose of business, leisure and more, we provide our guests with tastefully furnished rooms, well equipped business centre, fitness room and social room.

Cancellations made less than 24hours prior to arrival or non-materialized confirmed booking would attract one night’s room charge.
