boxers, at any given time.
Guest(s)/host(s) cooking capacity for 10 people max
Occupant(s) is advice to pick up after his/herself before the cleaner comes to
clean the house.
Any missing or damage item would attract full payment of the items with an
extra cost of N20,000 for inconvenience.
Do not bring combustible or explosive materials/items into the building.
Do not leave electrical appliances unattended
Do not take any item listed in the apartment inventory
PLEASE do not rearrange furniture
Fighting under our premises would lead to immediate eviction without any
refund to the guest(s)
Any breach of contract would lead to immediate eviction of guest(s) without
any form of refund
Refundable caution fee of N50,000 would be refunded 24 hours after guest(s)
check out
Guest(s) checking out prior to the stated time or extending their departure must
provide a minimum of 1-day notice.
