I had my late father's funeral reception at the event center of this hotel and also lodged my family and friends there. It was the worst decision I ever took. The event center was hot and all my family and friends including me had one thing or the other to complain about in the rooms we lodged ranging from plumbing issues with the toilets to power failure due to no fuel to bad doors. No water early in the morning because there was no power to pump. The swimming was dirty and the bedsheets were not good at all. It was a bad experience. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the staff that was trying their best to explain and beg us. I the management needs to invest more in running cost. With the bad location of this hotel, they need to improve on their infrastructure to attract customers. I don't see myself recommending this hotel to anyone for now. Thank u.
