My stay was normal because nothing was exciting at the hotel.....

my stay was not good at all. there were too many mosquitoes and the Ac was leaking everywhere. they really need to work on that their rooms.

The hotel location, building, environment, and cleanliness are fantastic but the staff/portals can steal you if you're not careful and the manager Okeychukwu is always to defend his staff. I stayed in the hotel for 2days and lost a valued belt worth €75.00 within few hours of my check out. I will advise intending customers to mindful of their valuable properties.

I expected more from this hotel, the light bulbs in the room were not okay. The reception and customer services was okay though.

Excellent customer service.I enjoyed my stay everything was nice and splendid.

We stayed here in 2019, it was a fantastic stay. Very lovely manager and assistant. However, the hotel was not 100% ok, they had a problem with the lock of one of the rooms, and the tap was not flowing, the staff were 100% on point in their reaction to each of the issues. they even upgraded us at a point. I would definitely stay there again. The customer service from the security to receptionists was excellent.

My stay was splendid. I had a seamless check in and I enjoyed all their services.

My worst experience so far. Got charged twice for breakfast with an excuse that they didn’t receive the money. Till now, I regret ever going there.
